He looks after the key functions of the Group including Revenue Planning, Corporate Strategy, Business Development, Human Resources and Corporate Affairs. Mr Garg has the academic insight for sound business decisions& also vast knowledge of latest chemical technologies at affordable prices in the Indian agro chemical Industry to his credit. Under his encouraging and strategic guidance, the company has shown all round development Product development, and Extension services.

Mr. Ram Avtar Garg is mostly known for his simplicity, charisma and clarity in thinking and has already earned the respect from various stakeholders, including the farming community, government and advocacy groups.Continuing on the footsteps of a rich legacy, his vision is to empower farmers to make full use of research and technology to increase yield for every field. His long term plans include inorganic growth in India and overseas for agro chemicals, seeds and farm equipment and he looks to organic growth to make each business sustainable and profitable.
